My wife and I have been thinking about doing our last will and testament, but never got around doing it. Finally we decided to do it with the help of Daniel McCarty. Daniel McCarty Jr. authored my will. He did a completely different and improved job than the Legal Zoom iteration that I had been living with up to that point. He answered my questions to my satisfaction and suggested new approaches that work better. He helped me tack everything down and made it easy... for my designated agent to complete my wishes.
