My wife and I went to Mr. McCarty to update our wills and some other documents, and we had a great experience. He was very professional in his responses, and he always took the time to ensure we understood what was being covered. Our phone and email correspondence was always answered promptly, and ou...r in-person visit to formally sign papers was quite efficient. He also provided guidance on some additional recommended documents without high-pressure over-selling, and his fees were very reasonable. You can tell he really cares about his clients' well-being, and we've already recommended his services to several friends.

My wife and I had 5 legal documents that Mr. McCarty administered. The Last Will & Testament for each was revised, the Directive To Physicians And Family Or Surrogates for each was renewed, the Medical Power Of Attorney for each was renewed, and two documents were new for each, including HIPAA Relea...se and Appointment For Disposition Of Remains. We had initially made contact with Dan 10 years ago, but wished to update these documents as stated. Mr. McCarty pulled up our original documents, and within a week's time had prepared said documents for our signatures. Out of respect for COVID-19 concerns, we met him at his office's parking lot where he had witnesses and our papers for us to ok in his presence. Very professional. Answered all of our questions politely and made several suggestions and recommendations to help guide our decisions. He is reliable and trustworthy in our opinion, and we will continue to utilize his expertise in matters which he specializes in! A pleasant experience across the board. Bravo!
