Unorganized his files are all over the floor, never answers email, or phone or comes out even if you are outside of his office. the receptionist hangs up the call if she recognized the number , she gets rude and in all my family and my cases they never send the file until we went to go pick up the do...cuments and we send them our self. we waited over a year and they where just holding the file .. sitting there like nothing!! HORRIBLE!! they left me out side of their office knowing I was there and didn't even bother to come out . DONT USE THEM!!!

He will meet you in person on the first appointment and he will take your money. And that is about the last time you will see him.... They do not give you the status about your case. Their secretary's are so RUDE they don't know how to treat people correctly. They say that they will take your messag...e and will give it to the lawyer and he will call you right back. How bunch of B.S. !!! This lawyer took $3000.00 from us just to have my family member in jail for 6 months!!! And Mr. Vega promised to get my relative out but he got DEPORTED!I! Worst part is he NEVER CALLED ME OR HAS CONTACTED ME to let me know that my in law got DEPORTED.. my in law called me from MEXICO... I truly dont understand how this guy Mr. Vega can call himself a lawyer!!

Jose William Vega definitely deserves an EXCELLENT! I am so grateful for finding a REAL attorney, apart from being highly knowledgeable, he makes things happen. Vega adopted my case after Jorge Rivera's Law Firm, half-assed through the entire process. Post dealing with multiple attorneys I was alre...ady calloused by the lack of results and became Vega's toughest critic so I can assure you that this review is 100% true. After discussing a few things with him that I wasn't satisfied with I could tell that his job is his passion. He tries his very best to keep up with his clients personally and that's worthy of admiration; most other professionals will usually have their assistants deal with questions and concerns. Additionally, Vega has also taken in my parent's case, my cousin's hopeless case (& he put some light at the end of that tunnel), has advised my grandmother on her divorce abroad, and has also advised my parent's on my uncle's deportation case (very honest selfless advice). If I had something negative to say it would probably be that he's outgrowing his office...... which is also an indicator of what a great attorney he is.

This guy can talk the talk when you first meet him but after you pay him, he will never be able to be reach. I used him and still going through the process since 2008. I have made many attempts to have over the phone and in office meeting with him and nothing, always cancel. We are now looking for a...nother lawyer and when my problem gets fixed I will be exposing him for taking advantage of people when they are in need.

Mr. Vega is an exceptional attorney. He worked with me on my husband's immigration case for six months. I communicated with him daily. He always returned my email or phone call within a very short period of time and always knew how to answer my questions. He helped us to win our case and have my ...husband released from an immigration detention center. Not only is he an excellent attorney, but his prices are also more than reasonable for the services he provides. I would recommend him to anyone in Texas that has an immigration case pending.
