David earned his Juris Doctor degree from Handong International Law School, where he served in the school’s international journal editorial board. He also earned Doctor of Juridical Science from Emory University where his research focused on the interaction of religion and law.

David Jung assists companies with obtaining work visas for employees, such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, E-3, O-1, J-1, etc., and green cards for employees, such as EB-2 and EB-3 PERM labor certification and EB-1C Multinational Manager.
