I definitely don’t recommend Alan Garcia. He’s very good on meeting up with you the FIRST time and collect money, after that you would never see him on court days all you hear is reset nor he would answer calls nor return calls. until your final court day he will show up just to tell you to pledge gu...ilty. I don’t understand how he has 4 starts if he’s not a good attorney. What you call a REAL Lawyer is SIMMS now that’s the real MVP!! The Lawyer SIMMS does less talk and shows more action unlike Alan Garcia does a lot of talking and tells you what you want to hear but doesn’t do anything. Hiring Alan Garcia is like throwing money away in the trash, you don’t get nothing back. Hiring SIMMS is like winning a gold medal, he actually fights for your freedom.
