Biography
I've been licensed in Texas since 2001. I spent the beginning of my career in criminal law as an Assistant District Attorney with the Harris County District Attorney's Office. In 2006, I left the DA's Office to go into private practice. Our boutique firm handles all manner of criminal and civil cases. We are a small firm with our primary office in Houston. We treat our clients like family and work very hard on our cases. Our results speak for themselves. I am also Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Replied last January 12, 2016As this is an anonymous posting, I can not address directly what this supposed former client's actual complaint happens to be. I agree with this anonymous person that any lawyer should be "research[ed]" first. If you do "research" our firm, you will find a trail of outstanding results and hard work on behalf of our many clients. I would love to discuss this matter further with this person, but he or she has decided not to contact me directly, but rather to post accusations that are almost impossible to defend in this forum. Such are the downsides to Avvo, which, by the way, did not ask me (or any other lawyer) before putting a profile up. We are forced to defend baseless, anonymous postings. We are also constantly barraged with "offers" from Avvo for "better placement" if we pay Avvo several hundred dollars a month. I refuse to do so. We have never had to pay for advertising and won't start now. I wish this anonymous person the best, assuming that they really were a legitimate client of mine at some point.

I hired dorian and it was a mistake. For my crime he got me off with something even a first time lawyer could do. He was always out of town or too busy to talk to me.
