Mario Kenny Castillo

Mario focuses primarily on labor and employment litigation. He helps handle Title VII, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other various employment litigation matters. He also aids clients with immigration compliance and assists with Form I-9 audits and employee verification training. Mario has also written two books aimed at helping employers comply with the Affordable Care Act and other employee benefits laws, the most recently published named "The Employer Mandate Handbook."
