Biography
Tiaralís "Tía" Figueroa-Kelly is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2010. In 2011 Tía started her career as an Immigration Attorney in a nationwide Immigration Firm. There she belonged to the litigation team and after six months "on the road"; visiting detainees all over the States, representing Immigrants in Courts in California, Texas and New Mexico and before the USCIS, she became the Supervising Attorney at the Firm's branch in Houston.
In October 1, 2012 she sat down, for the first time, in her own legal office in Houston, TX; Figueroa-Kelly Law Offices, PLLC.
She practices Immigration Law in Texas and strives to provide honest, ethical and educated legal advice to her clients.

Disappeared after getting paid
She disappeared after we paid her and turned in all of the documents for my wife's immigration process.
