I was wrongfully charged with shoplifting from Home Depot!! I told Attorney Robnett that I "Absolutely did not do this!!" She believed ma and WENT TO WORK!! I became a bit annoyed because the case was taking a long time. Attorney Robnett explained to me that the prosecution was trying to "wear us do...wn," but she was not giving up. Videos were delayed and lies were told from the security officer! Attorney Robnett set the case for a hearing after the prosecutor flately refused to dismiss the ridiculous case!! Attorney Robnett "DID NOT BACK DOWN!!" She fought to the bitter end! Set the case for a hearing and THE CASE WAS DISMISSED!! In fact, he security guard and others had been fired as a result of this debacle!! I would highly recommend this lawyer. She is worth her weight in gold!! We hired Attorney Robnett after doing a lot of research. We found that she had a very "HIGH" dismissal record for her criminal cases. I met her when she was a hearing examiner with Texas Education Agency. Professional, competent and she really cared about our child's case. It was complex and difficul...t and she prevailed after several months on the case. She went with her private investigator. THANK GOD she did or our son would have gone to prison for a long time. Had she not gone with the private investigator who did not know nearly as much about the case as Attorney Robnett, the victim of the so called crime would have help to convict my child wrongfully. She believed my son when he said that he did not commit the crime. Most would not have believed him because he was in so much trouble. The victim realized that it was impossible for my son to commit the crime and the victim actually CAME TO COURT so that my son could be free of that charge. If attorney Robnett had not questioned the victim herself in his home, my son would have been gone! Thank the Lord for such a caring and hard working women! She saved my child!! I will never forget her for that!

I don't know what the other review is all about and that person probably did not pay the lawyer but I found this lawyer to be EXCELLENT! She took time with my son's case met with us even at night! She set up a payment plan and were very VERY Please with the results! You cannot satisfy all people espe...cially people who may walk in wit chips on their shoulder. Probably the CLIENT FROM HELL!
