He does not know that “client can not apply for asylum, if passing 365 days stay in country” I just try to work with him, but he has ego, show up there for change my asylum address and he just apply for twice for new asylum application instead of change address. I just did not know how to do and I re...spect his way to apply but for sure i speak with him for all because i beleive he is lawyer and he know good way, but im was wrong, he just got my money with no benefit. And he told me i work for you and charge you for no needed reason. Than i become a liar. Because he said i came there for asylum application. Lets say he is right, but why he apply than ? He should show right way to tell me i can not do because rules does not let me do that and i dont know how to change your address but he just has ego as i said, I beleive lawyer should show correct way even with help and be nice, even if come there apply for new asylum, if he professional, he could say “you can not apply because reason of bla bla.. but he just make his self working on case and get your money and in the end he does not even nice, He is not professional guys sorry. I shame from him when i meet with him biggest mistake in my life. He is mistaken to be lawyer. Really sneaky

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
