Robert is an amazing lawyer. He is down to earth and straight forward. He always answered my calls and emails promptly. Robert helped me get my protective order against my estranged husband and divorce. He personally contacted the police department and informed them of the protective order and reques...ted more patrol in my neighborhood. When I called Robert at 10 PM on a Tuesday night because my ex-husband was threatening my life, He calmed me down and went to the courthouse first thing in the morning to inform the judge of the violations of the protective order. Robert also handled a CPS case for me. He spoke to CPS on my behalf and I did not have to worry about anything. They closed the case within 30 days. I highly recommend Robert Berleth. The Saturday before Thanksgiving I was served with a lawsuit for an old account I thought had been settled ages ago. Boy was I surprised. Other than contract negotiations and reviews I have never needed an attorney, and I was terrified about what to do. A very trusted friend referred me to Robert....
