I contacted the office of Ms byington regarding a delayed LTC. For some reason my request was in limbo and I couldn't figure out why. Ms Byington was very patient and took the time to explain the requirements and procedure in obtaining a License to carry and where the problem could come from; being a... green card holder I had to submit a copy of not only my green card but also my passport among other things that were missing in order to complete the process. None of these requirements were made clear to me prior to talking to Ms Byington. the government website was no help either. In the end, thanks to her, I received my LTC a few weeks later in the mail, working with Ms Byington was very knowledgable and efficient and I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a good attorney in Houston.
