Thomas Pehl Nixon

I hired Tom Nixon as my attorney to handle a slip and fall case. Although it took longer than expected before my case was settled, I wound up with a much better settlement than I thought was possible. There was a lot more paperwork involved than I expected. I was told in the beginning that my case... was not worth a lot of money, then suddenly, the business was offering to settle my case. It wasn't really explained to me why my case went from being worth very little to suddenly being worth more money. However, when it was over I was please with the settlement. I thought the mediator picked for the case could have been nicer, although he settled the case.
