Buckley Mathews law firm

Mark Allen Mathews: formerly of Buckley, Mathews, White and Howell (hereafter called BM). Mathews represented our Texas nonprofit 501C3 corporation in a venture valued in excess of $1.9 billion. Questioning Mathews ethics we ended our relationship with that law firm later to learn that Mathews with B...uckley had allied and conspired with our former director (hereafter called FD) and another client of the BM law firm ( hereafter called AC) to take control of this asset without our knowledge or permission. Mathews withheld the specific file on that venture from us refusing to return it by claiming the FD was now his client although BM had no conflict waiver from us as promised by BM law firm and required in Texas. BM created Powers of attorney from said FD that stated he owned the asset, which was legally ours and gave power to the AC to use in courts in the United Kingdom to take control of our asset.BM also prepared a Compensation Agreement from the FD to AC awarding 50% of monies from the asset that he did not legally own.BM prepared this knowing the asset belonged to us; the Compensation Agreement amounted to fraud and theft of our asset. BM acquired 20% ownership in the asset via a fee agreement with FD at the time they took control of our asset. BM aided and abetted AC with documents and money for the UK action. Mathews, as required in Texas never informed us of their actions or the actions of the FD. Mathews prepared all the documents in that venture and knew we were the real owner of the asset. Several attorneys have viewed this evidence and documents and were appalled and offended as lawyers that Mathews acted as he did. Litigation, Mediation, Settlement and Court rulings in Texas and Federal Court followed granting us the largest share (see NO.04-10024-RWZ). Money from the asset was acquired outside the U.S. by the conspirators, but not brought to the courts as agreed and ordered. As a result of their greed our projects to save children went unfunded. Many, Many children died due to the lack of aid this money would have provided.
