Our attorneys are involved in the community.  Attorney Jana Fay Bacarisse previously served as the President of the Disability and Elder Law Attorneys Association (DELAA) in Houston and currently serves on the Elder Law Committee and Teach Texas Committee of the Houston Bar Association. 

Bacarisse Law PLLC offers a variety of payment structures to meet your needs. We always provide a fee agreement regarding costs if we decide to work together, so our clients know what to expect.  Estate planning and document preparation is usually charged at a flat rate, but will be charged at an hourly rate for more complicated matters.  Probate, guardianship and elder law matters are billed hourly.  Bacarisse Law PLLC offers nursing home, hospital and home consultations for clients who may be too ill to come to the office. We will work with you to offer a payment arrangement that meets your needs, payable by check or credit card.
