Estate planning and document preparation is usually charged at a flat rate, but will be charged at an hourly rate for more complicated matters. Probate, guardianship and elder law matters are billed hourly. Bacarisse Law PLLC offers nursing home, hospital and home consultations for clients who may be too ill to come to the office. We will work with you to offer a payment arrangement that meets your needs, payable by check or credit card.
