He has been disbarred

I hired Mr. Chaumette to help me with finances. During that time I was told that he had handled several matters for me. Turned out he was under suspension for part of the time then he was disbarred and I was never notified. He is now missing with my funds and files. All the business matters that ...he said he handled he did not. He has left me in a very bad situation. I am now back at square one buy without the funds or files to fix it. Be very cautious if you have dealings with this man. Texas Bar Association said disbarring him is all they can do.
