Donya Gardner

The legal system is the culprit. Donya Gardner is a paid tool of the Texas legal system! If you hire her, she will not have your best interest. Who she does have the best interest of is whatever court she works in ! In my case, Donya was hired by her friend Judge Q (a non elected judge), in the 246...th district kangaroo court, in Harris county Houston Texas. I wrote a grievance on Donya to the state bar OF TEXAS for her lack of ethics and Lack of representation over the course of several months. Donya Gardner spent all of her waking hours trying to get me to agree and to sign up for child support, all while billing the state monthly when I consistently told her from day 1 that I had not been served nor was judicial procedure ever followed. Donya never acknowledged my concern, she stayed on my case when I repeatedly told her that I don’t want her to represent me due to her ineffective counsel and inability to acknowledge the violations of my due process rights. She was so desperate for me to sign for child support that she wrote up documentation with a bogus address, an address I had never lived at. In addition, donya assisted the 246th district court in Wasting my time and resources by having me come back and forth to court for months, she gave the court no resistance while I was repeatedly read my rights like I was some sort of criminal on the run. She didn’t have to prepare for my case because she did not intend to fight. Donya is NOT effective counsel. If Donya is assigned to you, seek new counsel immediately. She will not have your best interest, especially if she is state appointed. Also beware of both judges in the 246th district court in Harris county. With all the false allegations, legal set up’s, and threats to incarcerate if I don’t show up, I still have no criminal record to date.
