Great consumer protection with credit bureaus and collection agencies

I had spent a year trying to remove an erroneous trade line on my credit report. Finally, under a time constraint to purchase a new home I contacted Ahson. He filed two cases, one against the collection agency and the other against the already embattled Equifax. He resolved the matter efficiently and... timely. Not only was the negative trade line finally removed, but I received settlements from both parties. Nice to have some extra cash for closing costs!

Extremely considerate, helpful and nice

I contacted Mr. Wali regarding a small collection problem I was having. He was more than considerate and helpful especially considering it was a small dollar matter and would have cost me more to hire him although I firmly believed in my case. He took time on the phone several times just to make sure... I understood the process and was not in danger of missing deadlines or being taking advantage of by the plaintiff, a lawyer that was suing me. Mr Wali reminded me that not everyone is in it just for a buck and is willing to be human and help if possible. Should the need arise I would not hesitate to hire Mr Wali in the future. Thank you sir for your kindness and compassion.

Fantastic attorney

Ahson is a great person and lawyer! I contacted him and various other lawyers when I needed help with a debt collection lawsuit. Ahson was the only one who was open and honest with me from the beginning and actually willing to help, as the others were just "beating around the bush." He was great at e...xplaining the process, and what steps I needed to take, in addition to the different variables that could occur. Ahson was able to have my case dismissed. I would recommend him 100%, and would turn to him in the future if need be.

Outstanding

Mr. Wali was outstanding. He helped me vacate a wrongful garnishment and helped me with a FDCA suit. He was knowledgeable, up front about what we could do / not do, and very effective.

Ahson did an outstanding job representing me in my bad debt cases! He took on two of my cases and got them both dismissed. In addition, I even received a little money from the settlement. In the future, I’ll go to Ahson whenever I have any debt issues as he is a pleasure to work with and always ge...ts the job done. I would highly recommend Ahson to anyone and give him 5 stars!
