Amazing lawyer

I couldn't speak more highly of anyone than I do Mr. Wali. If you want someone to fight for you, he is your guy. His front desk staff is amazing and I can say that they are always around to answer any questions you may have about your case. He is working on my custody modification case and I am very pleased with the results so far. My ex wanted me to have two days visitation. I got almost half custody. I know that I made a great decision to go with this firm. I have never seen anyone who will fight for a client like Ahson Wali.

Honest, Tenacious, and Compassionate.

When I was ripped off by an out of state car dealership on eBay, Ahson came to the rescue and got my money returned as well as keeping the car! I was so impressed that I hired him for a personal injury case. He fought the big boys insurance team to a stand still and got me a fair settlement. He IS NOT afraid to go to court when needed. He is smart and versatile. I highly recommend him for ANY type of case.

Great consumer protection with credit bureaus and collection agencies

I had spent a year trying to remove an erroneous trade line on my credit report. Finally, under a time constraint to purchase a new home I contacted Ahson. He filed two cases, one against the collection agency and the other against the already embattled Equifax. He resolved the matter efficiently and timely. Not only was the negative trade line finally removed, but I received settlements from both parties. Nice to have some extra cash for closing costs!

Ahson is a lifesaver

I had been charged with drag racing, reckless driving, driving under restraint and driving with a suspended license and Ahson was able to get everything dropped with just a zero point ficticious plate charge. Ahson is a legend! It was my first time dealing with an attorney and I'm glad I chose Ahson first.

Professional to the fullest!!!!

My attorney got me out of some really life criminal charges, I was facing 6 felony counts, as a women with 4 kids you can understand how devastating that was I had already hired two well known attorney who just took my money. Ahson looked carefully for details in my case and worked very hard finding the right investigator. He worked out All the details and my case was DISMISSED! Ahson also got me back some money from the other attorney. It's been a true blessing working with him. I will always use him for any legal action that I take, he is the best. He is very understanding And professional, He fight for you like a really attorney should. Forever great full.

Highly Recommended

Extremely considerate, helpful and nice

I contacted Mr. Wali regarding a small collection problem I was having. He was more than considerate and helpful especially considering it was a small dollar matter and would have cost me more to hire him although I firmly believed in my case. He took time on the phone several times just to make sure I understood the process and was not in danger of missing deadlines or being taking advantage of by the plaintiff, a lawyer that was suing me. Mr Wali reminded me that not everyone is in it just for a buck and is willing to be human and help if possible. Should the need arise I would not hesitate to hire Mr Wali in the future. Fantastic attorney

Ahson is a great person and lawyer! I contacted him and various other lawyers when I needed help with a debt collection lawsuit. Ahson was the only one who was open and honest with me from the beginning and actually willing to help, as the others were just "beating around the bush." He was great at explaining the process, and what steps I needed to take, in addition to the different variables that could occur. Ahson was able to have my case dismissed. I would recommend him 100%, and would turn to him in the future if need be.

Outstanding

Mr. Wali was outstanding. He helped me vacate a wrongful garnishment and helped me with a FDCA suit. He was knowledgeable, up front about what we could do / not do, and very effective.

Ahson did an outstanding job representing me in my bad debt cases! He took on two of my cases and got them both dismissed. In addition, I even received a little money from the settlement. Gets results

Mr. Wali helped me with a wrongful garnishment. Worked quickly, did what he said he would, when he said he would. Communicated the movement of the case and got the results in a timely manner.

Excellent criminal defence

I was very happy to have Ahson represent me in my criminal defense. He kept me out of jail and saved me thousands of dollars. He effectively dealt with the judge and prosecuting attorney so I didn't even have to talk, and got me the best possible outcome. Communication was great I could always reach him on the phone. He addressed all my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Cost of services was very reasonable and completely worth it. I highly recommend Ahson he is the best asset you can have on your side in tough spot and will be with you 100% of the way.

Excellent Assistance With Credit Card Suit

My husband and I hired Mr. Wali to represent us on a credit card suit from a debit collector. Mr. Wali clearly explained the situation and the process for dealing with the suit. He was responsive in filing our answer to the court and keeping us up to date with the status. Our outcome was very positive and I am certain we would not of had the same result if we did not hire Mr. Wali. I would strongly recommend him.
