Omar Khawaja

Attorney Omar Khawaja is a Houston personal injury lawyer known for combining aggressive advocacy with compassionate representation. After helping recover millions of dollars for injured clients and families, he founded his firm in 2018 with a commitment to delivering “Justice without Compromise.”

Omar began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Midland and Fort Bend County, where he prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases through trial. This courtroom experience continues to shape his strategic approach as a plaintiff’s attorney.

Originally from Houston, Omar earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Arizona and his law degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. During law school, he clerked at the Securities and Exchange Commission and worked with the City of Houston’s legal department.

Before practicing law, Omar served as a congressional aide, providing him with valuable insight into legislation and public policy. He is licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves on the boards of the South Asian Chamber of Commerce and the Houston-Karachi Sister City Association.

Omar focuses his practice on personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, truck crashes, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases.
