Mauro Ramirez Jr.

Since 2007, Mauro Ramirez has litigated discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unlawful termination, and other matters related to the workplace in Houston and across the State of Texas. Before founding his firm, Mauro gained skills and insights while working as a labor and employment attorney at two of the largest law firms in the country. As a Partner at a national firm dedicated to employment matters, he represented individuals, small businesses, and some of the world’s largest corporations in a broad variety of matters and industries before juries, judges, and arbitrators. In doing so, he gained a deep understanding for how employers and their attorney’s approach workplace disputes. He now applies these insights to representing individuals.

Mauro attended the University of Texas School of Law. His parents immigrated to Texas from Mexico. Rain or shine, they got up and went to work every day. Through good times and bad, they never wavered in their commitment to earning a living in a responsible manner and their belief that, through those efforts, their sons could one day have a better life.
