I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone just like a few others. He was assigned to my child custody case and never notified me that he was appointed to the case. I had gained back custody of my child, but apparently the other party had made some false statements which he thought he'd finally ta...ke some action and file on ,me trying to remove my child from me again. He visited my home finally for the first time and seen that my daughter was perfectly happy and well taken care of. My child told me the things he asked and that he should have never asked! I guess most lawyers are in favor of whom ever is paying them, plus him getting this action approved without any proof of any reason to remove my child from our home is just hurtful and upsetting. My child cried themselves to sleep for his actions, they would sleep in my bed holding my hand, afraid to be taken from me. Some say he is friends with the judge that signed for this action so that being said they as well had no proof or reason to take my child from my custody. Amicus's are there to see to whom the child should reside with, so that being said they should be involved throughout the whole case and not just once or twice, and that being said, on what grounds or proof would they have had to remove a child from a happy and safe home. So I would not recommend this lawyer for and case, especially a child custody case.
