It is doable to have a very deeply respectful and successful "conscious uncoupling", especially when you have an attorney like Cindy Hide who holds the highest standards for what is possible. I am so grateful for Cindy and her prodigious professional expertise as well as her genuine care and respect,... along with her ability to hold the big picture for everyone. We had been having a hard time finding just the right family law attorney, who was also a mediator, to handle our divorce. This was before "conscious uncoupling" became popular and no one seemed to want to deal with an uncontested divorce that required some delicate negotiations regarding the final settlement.
