Andrew represented me on an FLSA case; one that could not be lost. Needless to say I walked with a judgment which was substantially less than it should have been awarded in a settlement. I told him the defendants playbook regarding a rule 68 motion... that they would file one, and that per the courts... it did not apply to my case as a "prevailing party" could not have been established prior to the end of my case. Andrew tried to get me to settle for a measly 11K, I said f' No!. Ultimately I was awarded between 70 and 80k, but this is a fraction of the recovery I would have had if I had a competent attorney handling my case.
