Biography
Ahaji Amos is an intellectual property attorney with a passion for start-ups and small businesses. She's a member of the Pipeline Angels Group, a consulting firm that helps women and minority firms secure equity funding (Series A Institute), and founder of Ahaji Amos PLLC, a start-up and intellectual property firm.
She has practiced at major health care systems as well as major multi-national law firms but left that life to pursue her passion of representing and mentoring start-up firms. She believes that attorney representation should be available to everyone. As such, she offers reasonable hourly rates, flat fee arrangements, and sometimes deferred payments to pre-revenue companies.
She represents inventors, entrepreneurs, innovators...people that make things happen.

Ahaji was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She answered questions and tightened the language on an contract with custom IP provisions, including patents, trademarks and trade secrets. She also helped with general corporate issues like relationships of shareholders to a corporation.
