Brandon Michael Barchus

I initially reached out to Brandon over the weekend and he picked up on the second ring. I was looking for legal representation for some Surface Right/Easement Agreement Disputes, and it was overly apparent that he was knowledgeable in this area. I interviewed 2 other attorneys, but glad we chose Bra...ndon. Due to my hectic work/life schedule, much of our correspondence was through emails and text messages, and Brandon was always quick to reply with answers or necessary updates. On one occasion, he spent several hours carpooling with my Father, which isn’t an easy task, but totally Brandon’s idea. Brandon represented my Father and I against a big Pipeline Company and was able to get us what was deserved without needing to go to court. Overall, he’s fair, a man of his words, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Brandon for anyone that is looking for legal representation.

Brandon Barchus did an excellent job representing myself and numerous other clients in which our driller/operator committed fraud and misuse of funds.
