Best Representation I Could Have Asked For

I worked as a Legal Assistant/Case Manager in personal injury law for nearly 20 years and can say with all honesty that Brian Winegar is the exception to the rule. He actually enjoys personally keeping his clients apprised of the status of their case on a regular basis. I was never passed off to... a Paralegal or Secretary, but always spoke directly with Brian. In fact, Brian called me more often than I called him! I knew from the beginning my particular case was going to be a tough one. In Texas, premises liability cases are hard to prove and it is a "roll of the dice" whether or not the case is winnable at trial. Not only did Brian settle my case without filing suit, he did so within 8 months of my injury. He fought hard for me and I never doubted his evaluation of my case, nor his advice. I would highly recommend Brian Winegar to any of my family or friends. To say I am pleased with the outcome of my claim would be a gross understatement. I am thrilled!

Excellent Job

Brian handled my product liability case in a professional manner from start to finish. He kept in regular contact with me to keep me updated, and kept fighting when mediation was getting bogged down. I'm very happy with the legal representation Brian provided.

The best representation I could have hired.

Brian Winegar represented my surgical case beyond what I thought could be achieved. He was always there for me to answer any questions, explain options and protocol, and kept me updated on proceedings without me having to guess what might transpire next. He is personable, efficient, direct, and suc...cessful in his representation. I couldn't have asked for better legal counsel than Brian Winegar. He is a winner!

Product liability

Brian worked diligently for over 2 years to successfully bring my case to settlement. He was compassionate and understanding when listening to my story. While we were in 2 different states I was always able to talked directly with Brian, he never put me off to an associate or secretary. I felt Bri...an went above and beyond to handle my case with integrity and fairness for all parties involved.
