Tecee Winton is hands down the best attorney I've had the pleasure of working with!! I was looking to be the sole conservator for my 15 year old son... not only did Tecee get me this...I am the custodial parent and receiving child support for him as well. Attorney Winton is a great Attorney that was referred to me by another Attorney. She assisted me with a modification of my child support and visitation. She informed me of what would take place and helped me get to the standard visitation schedule I have now. However, My only suggestion for improvem...ent Would be that at the end I contacted her about my final order and she stated she would advise once updated. Although, she responded once more and gave dates that the judge signed the order she stated we were waiting on one other item in which she didn’t tell me was ever completed and once I tried to contact her again she had her secretary contact me saying I would receive a letter with everything. The letter gave me only a few details and advised that the Attorney client relationship was closed and if anything else I would need to schedule a consultation for a fee. My suggestion would be to call the client and give a wrap up and also ask are there any other questions pertaining To the case and then sending a follow up lettter, so it won’t look as if all the attorneys fees was paid and then the client was just dropped and left to find out the rest of the process on their own. I’m still running around trying to get my support adjusted through the oag and had to ask them to remove the Attorney in order to get information. Overall, I do appreciate everything that was done and would refer to someone else.

My Husband and I had to go to court for child support. We got notice of court on a Friday and had to go to court on Monday. We hired her on Sunday. Because of the cost, and the short time we had to get an attorney, she was flexible with payments, which we were able to make biweekly. Both her and her... husband worked on our case. She was organized and showed us where the money went. The cost to go to trial was high, it was an additional $3500 ( i had sticker price shock) , im not sure if that is typical price since it was our first time going to court, but she did a great job at trial, her and her husband. Its like we had a team of lawyers. The judge ruled in our favor, so i was very happy. No complaints about her at all.

Mrs. Winton was very thorough through out the entire process of my child support case. She was very knowledgeable about current laws and explained everything during my initial consultation. She kept me informed and reminded me of everything via her website and email. When we went to court she was abl...e to negotiate a much lower child support agreement than the state guidelines as well as take away the additional retroactive child/medical support which was valued at over $25,000. I was able to reach a quick agreement and avoid any further actions such as a trial. I would definitely refer her to anyone because she cared enough not to just allow the attorney general to dictate what was fair in my case. As a man it's not often we get fair shakes in child support cases but with Mrs. Winton I felt the outcome was more than fair.
