Wilford A. Anderson

1. As a COURT-APPOINTED attorney, he only presented the client with the worst possible plea deal. Did not fight for reduction in charges. 2. Stated that there is no such thing as "rules of evidence" when in fact there are rules. Makes one question his knowledge base. 3. Did not file motions that woul...d have helped prove the defendant's innocence. 4. Didn't show up for court several times or showed up HOURS late. 5. Did not seem interested in proving innocence, only interested in closing the case. 6. Several other clients have been assigned this attorney and upon insisting on going to trial, were given the maximum sentence due to his lack of defense.
