I had the good fortune of being represented by Daryl Sinkule in a class action suit of 5 coworkers including myself. I had no idea whether we had a chance for a favorable verdict or not. I felt early on it was a coin-toss but Daryl educated us not only in the violations against us, but that he was wi...lling to pursue the endeavor - simply in the name of justice. Who still does that? At the time of this writing I have no idea of any monetary awards to me. I only know that justice was served and I have peace from it. Todd was brought in to assist with the trial portion of the liability lawsuit against our previous employer who had miss-classified the appropriate employees as exempt vs non-exempt. Even though the suit had gone on for at least two years, Todd did not rest to uncover evidence - right up until late the night prior to the trials beginning. This paid off, and new evidence was admitted and contributed greatly to the verdict outcome. His coaching approach with plaintiffs, who have never been exposed to the experience of testifying, was confidence-building and prepared us for for what was to come. His timing during the final cross-examinations was spot-on with finesse & poise during the orchestration of his questioning. One of the most encouraging experiences of the trial was the syncopation between Daryl and Todd. Daryl did what he does best, Todd what he does best. Collaboration defined.
