Probate process handled smoothly

Kami and Paul helped me through my probate process. Kami was communicative, and set clear expectations for the next time I would hear from her throughout the process, which helps reduce uncertainty.

Probate will and estate planning

Ms. D'Olive probated my husband's will, helped settle his estate and then very thoughtfully, help me rewrite my will and walked me through the estate planning process. She is very knowledgeable of the law and is very caring on a personal level, as well. I would highly recommend Ms. D'Olive.

Common Law Marriage

Ms. D'Olive provided legal advice and support to our family after the passing of my mother's common law husband. Since he did not have a will, Ms. D'Olive walked us through the process of probating his estate and advised us of my mother's rights as his common law wife. We were happy to have Ms. D'Oli...ve along the way to help us get through such a difficult time. We will be using her legal services again to help us with our estate planning.

Responsive and helpful

After my father passed away, I called several law offices about probating the will. Ms. D'Olive handled my case in a very professional manner, and charged much less than what other big firms had quoted. As a good lawyer should, she made a very difficult time much easier to bear. I would highly reco...mmend Ms. D'Olive to anyone searching for representation on a will, trust or estate planning matter.
