Mr. Radcliffe developed an aggressive litigation style early in law school. While attending St. Mary's University School of Law, Mr. Radcliffe was awarded the Sieman Award for outstanding mock trial competitor at the University. Additionally, Mr. Radcliffe took first place in the St. Mary's school wide mock trial competition and earned the right to represent the school at regional and national competitions. Mr. Radcliffe's outstanding aggressive style is a clear result of his hard work and his compassion for the law.

After graduating from St. Mary's Law School in 1990, Mr. Radcliffe established a Law Practice covering Harris, Galveston, and Brazoria Counties. Throughout his extensive family law career, Mr. Radcliffe has achieved numerous professional milestones. Mr. Radcliffe obtained the largest lump sum child support award ever in Galveston County while representing a client against a National Football League football player. Additionally, Mr. Radcliffe has represented clients in international Child Custody cases involving The Hague Convention in countries ranging from Syria to New Zealand & Australia. Mr. Radcliffe's aggressive representation of his client's best interest is apparent whether he represents the party controlling the community assets or the party who does not have access to those assets. Mr. Radcliffe has represented individuals owning multimillion-dollar businesses and corporations as well as spouses of those individuals. Mr. Radcliffe prides himself in his ethical and professional approach towards his practice and the fact that his client's interests always come first.
