The best!
Mr. Radcliffe represented me in my divorce and custody battle. He and his staff were extremely patient, kind and knew exactly what they were doing. I could not be more please with the outcome. Very highly recommended!

Don't throw your money away, or give it to Barry Radcliffe
We hired Barry Radcliffe based upon internet reviews. We are not from Houston but needed a Houston attorney. His only charge was to prove the ex-spouse was in contempt of court because the child did not fly to Dallas on Christmas Day as was clearly laid out in the visitation documents. This was a ...
This isn't even the client's review, it is her current spouse who was not even my client. This person was negative from the very beginning, tried to run the whole show, made unrealistic demands on myself, his spouse and the Court and when things didn't go the way he wanted he attacked myself, his spouse (who was my client) and the Judge. He didn't even use his name and posted anonymously instead, knowing that he was not my client. The post itself doesn't even make sense. He claims it was a "slam dunk case" and the only issue was denial of visitation on Christmas day and then he says that the other side won because they "made up every example they could think of just to win". If the only issues was whether or not the minor child was produced on Christmas day how could the other side win by making up examples? Examples of what? The post itself is nonsense. My actual client understood the problems inherent in the Order that she was trying to enforce (and that had been drafted by another attorney) and she thanked me for my efforts. Her current spouse, who wrote this post and was not even my client, wanted his pound of flesh from my client's former husband for whatever personal reasons and when he didn't get it he went on the attack against everyone.

I went to Barry with se...
