Thanh Hoang Nguyen

Johnny was born and raised in Vietnam. Along with his mother and father, he immigrated to the United States through his parents under F2A status. Although he and his entire family did not speak English as their primary language, they vowed to repay the United States for giving them the opportunity to pursue the American Dream. He continues his family’s mission by becoming the first licensed attorney in his entire immediate and extended family. Further, he wishes to uphold the American Dream for everyone, by providing quality, ethical, zealous and AFFORDABLE legal representation to all his clients, no matter how big or small their case.

Upon license, Johnny had already worked for multiple law firms for many years. This meant he had almost over ten (10) years of actual legal experience in the community. During that time, Johnny has visited many states, such as Washington, to argue before actual appellate and trial judges on behalf of his clients while supervised by a licensed attorney or on behalf of his law school. He has many hours of actual courtroom experience for both criminal and civil trial while supervised by an attorney. While in law school, Johnny personally and solely got a DWI case dismissed, without a plea bargain, while supervised by a licensed attorney. You should ask him about it when you meet him! Moreover, Johnny is incredibly experienced in complex civil litigation. He has personally and solely closed tens of files with thousands of dollars for the client while working for the law firms. While in law school, Johnny wrote a lengthy thesis studying business formations and entity conflicts throughout the United States and the American civil system. Johnny has even been selected multiple times as a jury for different criminal/civil cases. Finally, Johnny  continues to provide Pro Bono and volunteer services through the Harris Health System. He was on the Moot Court Trial Advocacy program for over 2 years and has represented indigents at a Family Legal Clinic in Arizona.
