Initially, when I contacted Attorney Ricks, I was skeptical because I had a "past" distrust for Attorney's based on previous experiences that I have endured. But different than other situations in which I utilized an attorney, this time, it was concerning the well-being of my young daughter. I needed... an attorney that I could trust without a doubt. I was caught off guard when Attorney Ricks answered her phone so late in the evening, I was expecting to leave a message. "2" days later I met with Attorney Ricks for my consultation. Right away, instantly, from the moment I laid eyes on her I knew she was trustworthy...I could feel it in my gut. I was at ease during the entire consultation. Attorney Ricks, listened to me, attentively, and not just to obtain facts, but I could tell she genuinely cared about my situation as an individual person and not just as a prospective business client. When I left her office that afternoon, I was certain she was the right Attorney to help me with my situation. She was very thorough in her explanation of the "process" and next steps. She was firm and very professional, yet understanding the entire time in every single communication and I knew that all I needed to do was listen to her direct instruction and follow her guidance step-by-step. And because I was obedient and allowed her to do her job, she did it extremely well and the outcome of my situation was in my favor! After my young daughter was returned to my care, when I hugged and kissed my daughter, her forehead was very warm. I took her temperature and my daughter was running a fever. I gave her motrin, hydrated her with water and checked on her through out the night, and her fever began to reduce and she was able to rest peacefully. And when my daughter is resting peacefully, I am able to do so as well. I am thankful to Attorney Ricks, for bringing peace back into my life. Attorney Ricks is very a beautiful woman, on the inside as well as the outside and she knows her facts! Attorney Ricks worked very hard to get my young daughter returned home to me safely to restore peace in my life and I consider Attorney Ricks to be a beautiful "God Send Angel"
