He prepared 2 wills, 2 Medical Power of Attorneys, 2 Statutory Durable Power of Attorneys, and a Transfer on Death Deed. He did an excellent job. We had so many questi...ons for Mr. Villarreal, and he was very patient and kind. He answered every question with knowledge and sincerity. When we would leave messages on his voice mail to contact us, he would do so in a very prompt manner. I was vey impresssed because we also had many pop-up questions. I highly recommend Mr. Villareal to anyone.

Ricky was quick to respond to my message, even though it was clear that I probably only needed a quick phone call to answer my questions. When I was looking for an attorney to create a number of documents to protect my family in case I'm incapacitated or died, I spoke to numerous law firms. Basically they named a number of legal documents that I would need (usually did not explain their importance). When I asked about the professional... costs, I was amazed at the very high cost of just filling in names, addresses and other facts needed for a simple will, power of attorney, etc. when using readily standard, readily available forms. With that said, complicated financial requirements such as trusts, estates, etc., the costs are much higher due to the time involved meeting with the attorney. His professional website goes over some of the basic forms that a family should have in case of serious medically situations and/or death. The explanation of each document is clear and concise. On top of that he discusses the need for these documents without the technical legalese but in terms the general population can understand. The costs for each document is clearly listed and you just need to answer a number of questions to help his firm fill out the documents. Submit the answers and how to pay for documentation and the next day you will receive the forms as attachments to an email. I wanted to speak to him concerning some legal questions I had and the same day I submitted the answers he called me late in the same day. He took his time, made me feel comfortable as to what we were doing and explained how the law works concerning these document. At this time, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM as an attorney to help you when it comes to his area of expertise!!
