Handwritten Will

OUTCOME: The Will was admitted to probate, and my client was allowed to serve as executor.

The decedent had a handwritten Will which needed to be probated. I prepared the case which included 2 witnesses to testify that the handwriting and signature on the Will belonged to the decedent.
