Attorney Cabrera is an outstanding attorney. She managed to reopen my case from which I was ordered deported after not appearing to my court. What's outstanding about her work is that this case is not 2, 3 years old. It's about 35 years old. I was 2 years old at the time when I was ordered deported. ...During the process, attorney Cabrera was very attentive to details and crossed reference all the information provided to her to proof that missing my court date was not intentionally done. I'm very grateful for the excellent work she did! Thanks to her I have the opportunity to fixed my immigration status. I recommend her to anyone in need of immigration help. I had a very upsetting experience with the Law Firm of Timothy Hart when Nataly was assigned to me, and would not recommend her. I was involved in an immigration case that dragged on for several years. Trying to work and communicate with the firm was very stressful, which wasn't necessarily her fau...lt. However, one experience left a bad taste in my mouth. At one point I was living out-of-state, and I needed to renew my I-94 at the deferred inspection office in Houston. Nataly agreed to go to the office and renew the document in person for me for about $400. The deferred inspection office has limited walk-in hours, and I tried to explain that to her. Nevertheless, she tried going to the office twice when they were closed. The 3rd time, she was able to renew the document. The firm tried to charge me the $400 fee 3 times because Nataly made 3 trips, and I had to argue with her that it wasn't fair... she made a mistake and didn't look up the customs office's hours of operation in advance. I eventually ended up hiring a different firm, and had a much more positive experience.

I met Nataly after consulting with many attorneys about my situation, who were not able to help me. At the time, I had an outstanding deportation order from many years before. Nataly was able to offer me a legal avenue for reopening my case, and after carefully working on my case, she was able to reo...pen my proceedings and remove my deportation order. Now, I am in the process of applying for legal permanent resident status. As someone who has lived in the U.S. for over 30 years, finally having the opportunity to become a permanent resident is a dream come true, what I have always wished for. I feel that all of the sacrifices I made for my family have now paid off and I can now truly call the U.S. my home without the fear of being removed. I will forever be grateful for having met Nataly and for all the work she has done to help me get legal status in the U.S.
