Hi I have contacted this attorney regarding my immigration case with a reference from my friend, in the beginning stage they were really good , they returned my phone call , later i took their service and paid full amount . They asked me all the documents , and to sign couple of documents i did as... suggested. Later on my case was filed with USCIS and when ever i tried to contact these people , i have not received a phone call back even though i spoke to her assistants or front desk people. Her assistant is my point of contact to Emily Neumann. Her response will be like as follows : I THINK .... I DOUBT ..... , i will let you know thats what she says , some times she answers my questions so confident eventhough they were wrong , again i ask the same question with some kind of confidence in my question , then she realizes and answers .. I THINK ... later anyway she asks emily and replies . I went to their office couple of times i missed emily couple of times and met her assistant instead (which i will not have correct answer anyway). finally after two long months my case has been denied , almost like 1 week later i check my case status online , and intimated emily in the email , until then they have not followed up with USCIS. Then i tried to reach emily couple of times she has not responded , she sent me an email with pdf of my case file , Thats it .. my case has ended, if i need to reopen my case i need to pay again. Later i have contacted different attorney , then i got to know emily has missed couple of things ,and to file FOIA etc , now i am fine with different attorney with them i got my visa back else i would have been to my country.' On top of all these , we consult attorneys to find a solution which relives us pressure with their response. I sincerely dont suggest or refer to any people .

Emily is knowledgeable, personable, responsive, and skillful. I got a denial for an H1B "transfer" due to incorrect filing and fell out of status. Emily quickly refilled my case, got my case approved, and most importantly, put me back into "status" (so I didn't have to travel back to my home country ...and reenter US to regain legal status). I feel I need to add that the latter is probably Emily's biggest achievement on my case as you generally need to exit and reenter US if you are out of status at time of filing. Emily is generally very responsive, especially by email. I've experienced difficulties reaching her and her receptionist by telephone though. A small piece of advice for Emily: It's generally understandable that a lawyer is unavailable sometimes, but the receptionist is generally expected to be always available. Emily's staff is good at notifications and sync clients with the case statuses or new progresses. As a client, I feel it's almost real time. Generally speaking, Emily is a very competent attorney. I'm an attorney myself and would considerreferring immigration clients her way in the future.
