You probably bought the car "as is" which means there is no warranty. There is no way to get out of the deal unless deliberate misrepresentations...

The judgment creditors are usually not very fast. If bankruptcy is your plan, don't move anything, just get an attorney immediately.

You can ask the police to remove him for trespass or use eviction process.

An eviction notice is not the same as lawsuit for eviction. You need to contact the justice of the peace to learn the date hearing so you can make...

You will have to sue to get the vehicle back because mechanic will have lien on the vehicle.
