Tim Gyftakos

I hired Tim Gyftakos for a serious car accident. He kept me informed on the case in all aspects, and completely explained anything I did not understand pertaining to the law. Even when the other parties insurance company tried to screw me on the storage fees due to them dragging their feet on inspect...ing the car and trying to get me to tow the car to my house (which was against HOA regulations) and no reimbursement for the tow if I did it, Tim ensured they paid up the full amount. Will always come back to his office for any legal situation.

I have used Mr. Gyftakos services for my 1st DWI and he dismissed my case. I am a CDL driver and I lost my license. He helped me get my license back and I was happy for this. I must respond to the less than complimentary review. I was in an auto accident and charged with DUI. I don't even drink. I had a concussion that explained my disorientation. I hired Tim Gyftakos and he got the charge dismissed. He was very accessible when I called for status. He seemed to re...ally care about my situation. And he charged me a fair price.

I paid Tim Gyftakos $2,500 to handle my case and this lawyer was so unprepared that I would have been better off with a public defender. The first time I went into court he reviewed my files the day of and did a reset to come back a year later. The next time I went back he didnt even know the details... of my case and I had to fill him in because apparently he didn't read my files. The main details which should have got me off (confirmed by another lawyer) were never even mentioned in court because he didn't remember our previous conversations nor had he reviewed my files. I was told Tim already had my money in cash so instead of taking my case properly to the prosecutor or trail (which would take up a lot of his time) he scared me into believing that a trail could result in a much harsher sentence. This was also confirmed as a bunch of B.S. after I did some further research. Nonetheless, the no contest pretty much means guilty on my record and me paying a bunch of fines and probation.
