Useless and careless

I was referred to Mr. Wasserstein by another law firm and regret hiring him. I was charged with 1st DWI and he filled me with hopes he would take the case to trial and beat it. Everytime I was offered a plea deal he would convince me we would beat the case by going to trial. One time I was offered ti...me served by the D.A. Mr. Wasserstein insisted that I do not sign the deal as he was almost 100% sure we would beat the case in trial. This being my first time being charged with anything believed him. At the day of trial he looked unprepared and came up to me and surprised me by scaring me with nothing but negative news and was told it be better to walk up to the judge and please guilty. I ended up receiving maximum probation. The judge also placed maximum fines and I was surprised to hear Mr. Wasserstein state "thank you your honor" and did nothing to challenge the judges decision. I truly believe Mr. Wasserstein is as careless and useless as a lawyer can get. He had had his license suspended therefore that should show how good of a lawyer he is. This lawyer took advantage of my ignorance in the justice system and process to make his easy money. I truly discourage anyone from hiring this lawyer regardless of what he might promise you.
