Often recognized for his leadership and integrity, Fyodor “Clay” has brought a high level of activism before the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers Compensation. He has demonstrated principled leadership, putting policy before politics and focusing his work protecting the people and communities of Texas. He has established a reputation for aggressively advocating for individuals.
Clay has dedicated the energy and resources of his office to protecting individuals’ rights and established himself as a leader in the public’s fight for accessible medical and financial benefits.

He Helped Me In a time of need
