I hired Shawn to domesticate a foreign judgment. When his motion for summary judgment failed, he stopped returning phone calls and numerous emails. I lost over $1000 in foreign court filing fees all because he couldn't be bothered to confirm with the opposing attorney where the other party should be... served. So my case will never actually go to court as I hired a lawyer who doesn't return calls or emails and I'm out over $250,000 that was being sued for. I definitely do not recommend him. Find a more reliable lawyer.

I used Shawn to pursue a judgement against a business that I had paid services for but failed to render. Shawn was upfront and transparent from the get-go to give the lay-of-the-land on the process and the variables that mattered in the equation to project the probability of actually retrieving the f...unds.
