Derek Harkrider is an experienced trial attorney and the owner of the HARKRIDER LAW FIRM. He has significant litigation and trial experience representing persons who have suffered significant and debilitating injuries. He has also represented individuals in state and federal courts who have faced serious criminal charges, such as federal drug trafficking conspiracy, bank and wire fraud, murder, kidnapping, robbery, and other serious offenses.
Derek is a former felony prosecutor for the Hidalgo County Criminal District Attorney's Office. After serving the citizens of the State of Texas, Mr. Harkrider felt that his passion was to represent individuals and families of those who who have suffered catastrophic and life-changing injuries, along with those accused of criminal offenses and whose liberty and life were in jeopardy.
