Foremost, my family and I would love to express our gratitude to Matthew Zar. For everything he did for us from 2019 to April 28, 2021. To start of, our situation was a nightmare. Our house suffered some damages. A complete nightmare because of our insurance’s lack of empathy. For not wanting to p...rovide adequate protection or reimbursement against the losses. To almost want to have my family and I living in the streets. They advertise the best insurance with high reputation, but in my experience. When it comes to an emergency you’re left with little to no protection. Our situation was tough, because not only did we pay our mortgage but we also have to move in to an apartment. That resulted in a lot of debt. A situation that would have been avoided if my insurance would have jumped into action and assisted in the beginning. At first, I have to admit I wasn’t too knowledgeable of Matthew. At that moment, I didn’t have much trust due to the stress I was in. Worried that I wouldn’t be able to provide a roof for my my three little children. Soon after, I immediately learned that there is good people out there. People with the best intentions and are aware of your needs. That person is Matthew Zar. He personally picked his phone and listened to me. I begged him to get us out of this horrible dilemma caused by the ineptitude of our insurance. I had lost all hope at some point and yes I didn’t think there was a way out of this predicament. And as I previously said, my thoughts quickly changed when I started seeing Matthew fighting for our case. In one of those few mediations that we were able to join.
