Customer Service Could Be Better

Just called to see if this office donated to 501c3 nonprofits for high school seniors and instead of saying no, it was the first time I've heard someone say we don't take these types of calls and were going to add you to the block list. A simple NO would have been fine.

Chapter 7

Ben is one of the best persons to handle my case. He is very professional and knows his business very well. I highly recommend him and his law firm to anyone that has any thoughts of going through a bankruptcy. He is very easy to communicate with and has answered all my questions without hesitation.

Mr Lusky is wonderful !

I hired Mr. Lusky fter o had tried to deal with anither attorney. Immediately when i had my first consultation i felt comfortable. Any question i had..Mr. Lusky answered. He knows his stuff! The process was easy. Mr. Lusky explained the process to me...Mr. Lusky always replied to any emails or phon...e calls immediately. I never felt like i was just another client..he treated me like i was his only client. I highly recommend Mr. Lusky to anyone. Even after i was finished with my bankruptcy, Mr. Lusky is readily available to answer any questions i may have.

Knowledgeable, Proficient, and Timely

Awesome attorney who knows the bankruptcy process and will make sure you are provided with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. Adheres to appointments as scheduled and does not over or double book his clients. He is also extremely kind, and does not make you feel ashamed abo...ut filing. Before filing I was afraid, but attorney Benjamin made this a swift process. We had our last meeting on a Friday, and he filed my Chapter 7, by that following Monday. I highly recommend him to anyone. You can't go wrong choosing him to handle your bankruptcy.
