Negligence and poor communication

I retained Staci Childs for a case, but she failed to move it forward for a year. There were long gaps with no updates, no returned calls, no follow-up to important filings, and zero accountability. Her handling of the matter was at best inept, and borders on malpractice. I regret ever trusting her ...with my case. She does not care about her clients, only about collecting fees and disappearing afterward.

Do not hire

Staci Childs is all about money. She missed deadlines. She failed to show up to court appearances. She has time for making Instagram videos but not return calls. She makes excuses. This review forces me to put a one star. Even though I did not want to provide any stars. Her intern quit and I was not ...informed until I reached out via text. Her new intern mixed up info and filed wrong information. She failed to return my case file and provide me a breakdown of the $5,000 I paid her. She is horrible.

All About The Money

Staci missed handled my divorce she nor her para legals filed the correct paperwork for the courts. She was so busy in her politics that she ignored my case completely. When I went to court yesterday that’s when ,I was told by the courts that they were missing very important paperwork from her and t...hey had to close this case so they granted my ex- husband everything. I’m looking into filing a grievance on her law firm. Don’t waste your time. She will make sure you loose everything. Very unprofessional law firm.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
