Robert S. Clark

I see all of these glowing reviews and I just do not understand. I hired Mr. Clark for a divorce filing and could never get in touch with him or his legal assistant. They did not return calls or texts after repeated attempts on my part to contact them. When I did finally speak to someone, they did... not know where the case stood and made mistakes on documents that were to be sent to the court. I never received a statement on my account, even after repeated request. Two weeks ago, I asked that my account be balanced and a check for the remainder of my retainer be sent to me. Today I got a message saying that he was withdrawing as my attorney. I believe that was handled two weeks ago when I asked for my retainer back. I do not understand why this is so difficult. It was actually a pretty straight forward case.

For over three years I was stuck in a horrible child support battle and to make matters worse we had one of the worst judges in the state of Texas. It was never a dull moment working with Mr. Clark and RIchard. We laughed and talked but they got the job done. I NEVER had to question if they were concerned about the best interest of MY SON! If you are looking for an excellent, knowledgeable, hard ass, legal TEAM please do not make the same mistake I once made. Call Richard and set up an appointment to speak with him and Mr. Clark so you can move on peacefully with your life!!!
