Biography
Robert Clark is a dedicated Houston attorney who brings integrity, experience, and a client-first approach to every case. He discovered his passion for the law while studying at the University of Texas at Austin, where he worked as a legislative aide in both the Texas House of Representatives and the Senate. That experience sparked his interest in advocacy and inspired him to attend South Texas College of Law in Houston, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association.
After beginning his career with a New York-based firm handling insurance defense cases, Robert realized his true calling was to help people in his own community. He founded The Clark Law Firm to provide personalized, honest, and results-driven representation for individuals and families across Texas.
Robert focuses his practice on family law, personal injury, and civil litigation, representing clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, business disputes, and injury claims. Known for his straightforward communication and realistic advice, he helps clients clearly understand their options and what to expect at every stage of the legal process.
With a deep understanding of the Harris County courts and judges, Robert is committed to helping clients navigate what can often feel like a confusing and emotional legal landscape. Outside the courtroom, Robert enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Texas through hunting, fishing, and photography. A passionate advocate for preserving local history, he is also an active member of the Houston Archeological Society and supports efforts to protect and document the state’s archeological heritage.

do not trust your case to this guy
Hardly ever returned my call. Took 2 months to prepare a document and then it was wrong. Did not prepare me for depos. FELL ASLEEP DURING MY MEDIATION WHICH HE WAS AN HOUR LATE TO!!!!

Replied last October 28, 2011Former client that is disgruntled because we told her yesterday that we will not represent her in a new matter that she has, and that she needs to pay her seriously delinquent and outstanding balance. Allegations are without basis.
